His experience also spans energy, infrastructure and natural resources, government relations, regulatory strategy and public policy.

Jacktone Nengo leads the Firm's Banking, Finance & Real Estate practice. He advises lenders, borrowers, developers, investors and corporate clients on financing documentation, security arrangements, property transactions, commercial agreements and related corporate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development arrangements.

Christian M. Schall brings German and European transactional capability to the Firm's cross-border practice. A German-qualified lawyer, he focuses on private equity, corporate restructuring, distressed transactions and complex capital structures across civil-law and common-law environments.

Valeria Ojiambo advises businesses and institutions on corporate structuring, governance, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance and strategic corporate matters. Her work includes shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, investment agreements, legislative and regulatory analysis and institutional frameworks.

George Guda leads the Firm's Tax practice and brings more than fifteen years of experience across taxation, accounting and business advisory. An Advocate, Certified Public Accountant and MBA holder, he advises on corporate taxation, VAT, transfer pricing, customs and excise, withholding tax, capital gains tax, international tax and tax controversy.

Shekinah Barsito focuses on arbitration and commercial dispute resolution. She works on disputes arising from commercial agreements and corporate relationships, including dispute strategy, arbitration procedure, contractual interpretation, evidentiary preparation, settlement and enforcement.

Emmaculate Hyimo focuses on investigations, white collar defence and public law litigation. Her practice includes fraud, financial misconduct, regulatory breaches, economic offences, constitutional litigation and administrative-law matters.

Bidad Otieno works in the Firm's Projects & Transactions team.
